Please submit a return request on our website, www.nautiluswhey.com, if your product needs to be corrected, accurate, or complete when it is delivered. The return request must be raised within 14 days for the ordered items.

For Nautilus whey product-related issues after using or after exceeding the return policy tenure, please check if the product is covered under seller or brand warranty.

 Your product must fall under the guarantee limit of 3 to 6 months for the return policy implementation. All the policy’s features come under specific Terms and Conditions.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, and the packaging must be in proper condition. If the packing is torn, it will be considered a used item.

The item that will be returned must include the original tags, the actual user manuals/user guide, guarantee/warranty cards, perks, invoice/billing, and equipment.

The item must be returned to its original non-used packaging or manufacturer’s box. If the product was sent in its original nautiluswhey box or packaging, that packaging or box must be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on a manufacturer’s packaging or packaging.

Important: To avoid problems or delays while returning your item, it is crucial to include your Order Number and the Return Tracking Number in your return package.

The reasons to return an item

1. The product supplied was not as expected or was physically damaged (For instance, not able to turn on)

2. The product delivered needs more (For example, parts that are not included or other accessories).

3. The delivered item needed to be corrected (e.g., it was the wrong item’s size, color, or a fake or out-of-date item).

4. The product delivered is not in line with the product’s description or the image (i.e., the product is not as described)

5. The shipped product needed to be more appropriate for the size. (Such as the size is not appropriate)

Within 14 days of the claim’s filing date, all refunds have to be made by the company, nautiluswhey. Should you be a member of our Customer Experience Team specifies, otherwise; the replacement product(s) will not be shipped until nautiluswhey receives the defective product.

When we receive the item returned to True Protein’s warehouse True Protein will handle refunds on returns within 72 hours.

Refunds will be given for products that are not returnable within the space of 24 hours. The bank will then transfer the customer’s account with funds that could be as long as 48 hours. Automated credit will be transferred to the primary payment account for reimbursement.
